The “flyback rod” was created by a large OEM manufacturer's R&D project, when it was difficult for these manufacturers to trace the returned product back to the original order, thus achieving a complete check and balance cycle.
The flyback bar is a web-based system that allows OEMs to track every product that is scheduled to be returned. It automatically communicates the return instructions to the distributor/owner of the product, tracks the shipment of the return and its factory/DC receipt, passes the quality inspection phase, and continues to restock, repair or destroy, and issue a letter of credit to the ordering party.
