This award is to celebrate helping the company succeed by going above and beyond day to day responsibilities and expectations.

On Q2, Chase Bergman was nominated:

Christopher was nominated for this award by multiple people. It was noted that he has gone above and beyond in his support in improving processes and reporting in the International area.  He has taken the time to learn how to create customized reports that are critical to our clients.  In addition, he has collaborated and done the heavy lifting in creating the spreadsheets for international metrics.  This is all done in Excel which is very cumbersome to work with due to the amount of data being reported on.  He is excited to jump in and support on many different projects and helping to resolve issues.  His critical thinking is definitely a benefit to the company.  He also jumped in at the last minute to travel out of the state for a week to help in getting the new Hormel warehouse up and running.
